Poetry 719: Colorado Black Voices Matter presented by Poetry 719 at PPLD - Ruth Holley Library, Colorado Springs CO

Poetry 719 presents the 2018 Pikes Peak Art Council Award winning event Colorado Black Voices Matter!

Make sure to get there early, as we will have a writing workshop at 6:45 p.m. and anyone is welcome to read on the mic during the workshop.

The open mic will be hosted by Philip J Curtis and the mic will be for black performers only as we want to lift up these voices in the community. And we’ll close out the night with an amazing feature flying out from Omaha Ryan Boyland.
