The public is invited to join us for our January 2022 membership meeting where we will be hearing about he future plans to improve the steam habitat for Fountain and Monument creeks as they pass though the city of Colorado Springs.

Imagine standing in a stream, water flowing at your feet. You watch carefully as your fly floats through the riffle a few feet in front of you. Suddenly, you see a trout chase across your view to take your fly and the fight is on. After releasing the trout you look around to see Colorado College off to your right and the Uintah Street bridge upstream of you.

This is part of the vision for Fountain/Monument Creeks as they pass through Colorado Springs. Join us on January 25th at the CPW
