Restorative Yoga sessions, taught by local Yoga Instructor Leigh Schultz-Spector, are designed to focus on restoring, relaxing, and resolving clarity of both the body and mind.

All routines offer gentle poses, meditations, and movements--including alternative poses for beginners.

Please bring along a pillow or two and a yoga mat. Those with infants are welcomed to bring a "boppy" or breast-feeding pillow and can wear their infant in a sling for most of the poses.

All experience levels welcome (beginners through advanced).
