Rocky Mountain Field Institute ShinDig

With the purchase of a ticket, attendees will receive a new, limited edition RMFI t-shirt and enjoy live music from The Mitguards, heavy hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, and silent auction items ranging from local whiskey packages to Nordic skiing and local getaways!

Founded in 1982 as the American Mountain Foundation, RMFI was first established to provide funding for international climbing expeditions.

Today, RMFI has grown to encompass a larger and more diverse skill-set, tackling projects in the alpine and montane, watershed ecosystems, riparian zones, and sensitive foothill environs.

Each year, the ShinDig not only recognizes the many volunteers dedicated to supporting RMFI’s mission for the conservation and stewardship of public lands in Southern Colorado, but also raises critical funds for the nonprofit environmental organization.

All ticket proceeds and silent auction earnings from this year’s ShinDig will be applied toward RMFI’s 2023 Give! Campaign, which aims to raise $30,350 now through December 31, 2023.
