'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers'

The members of Sunrise Players will present the musical “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers” from March 31 to April 3 at Sunrise Church.

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is set in Oregon in 1850. Backwoodsman Adam Pontipee goes to town intent on bringing home a wife; he’s successful in convincing hard-working Milly to marry him that day. Not until they return home to the family farm does Milly discover that he has six uncouth brothers – all living in the cabin. Milly sets out to reform the siblings, who also want to get wives of their own. Adam develops an inspired solution to his brothers’ loneliness.
