Sonic Sanctuary Sound Bath

As you enter this peaceful oasis, the harmonious vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments will envelop you, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, calm your mind, or simply escape from the chaos of the world, our Sonic Sanctuary sound bath is the perfect place to find relaxation and renewal.

Itinerary:

As you enter our studio, we invite you to get comfortable on our floor mats. We can provide pillows, blankets, and a bed sheet to cover the floor mat, however we appreciate it if you could bring your own. Once we are settled, we will go through a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey as Gigi T. PsyD creates a calming symphony with 70 Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other instruments from around the world.

What to Bring:

If possible, we ask that you please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for our floor mats. We can provide these items for you if you’re unable to bring them. Dress comfortably and bring water.

Medical Notice, Please Read:

If you have any serious medical condition  (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, recent surgery, epilepsy, etc…) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
