Sound Bath, Foot Massage, & Workshop

We welcome you to relax during this special Singing Bowls of the Rockies event!

This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. After our tea ceremony, we will lie down for a short guided meditation to get comfortable in a peaceful state. Gigi will begin the sound bath with resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, drums, flute, and many other instruments. During this, our massage therapist will be going around and soothing your tired feet with a lovely foot massage. Finally, Laurel Green will be presenting a short workshop about Morphic Field Theory.

What to Bring:

Dress comfortably and bring water. There will be mats available but if possible, please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for both your comfort and for COVID precautions. We can provide these items for an extra $3.

Medical Notice:

If you have any medical condition, make sure you talk to your doctor first, before joining us for a sound bath, as some conditions do not take well to the vibrations of sound baths (i.e. metal in the body). Please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us as well, thank you!
