Dazzling choral masterworks highlight CVAE’s distinctive sound in the beautiful acoustics of Grace Church.

With special guests: Emma Patterson, Pamela Chaddon, and Jennifer Yopp, cellists and Jenna Hunt, harpist. Featuring Knut Nystedt’s dramatic Stabat Mater for choir and solo cello and Dominick Argento’s Walden, on texts by Henry David Thoreau, in a luminescent setting for choir, 3 celli, and harp. Other works by Palestrina, Ildebrando Pizzetti, and Christopher Tin.
