Stories on the Land: Blood Moon Fun Run

Concrete Couch is offering a fun, family friendly event! The Blood Moon Fun Run at Concrete Coyote is open to all kids (ages 1-18) of any ability. At Concrete Coyote, a nearly 7-acre parcel of land in the southeast corner of the Colorado Springs Downtown District. Concrete Couch is restoring the soil and building gardens, orchards and trails and an extensive community-built playground. During this event you can walk the or run along the creekside and art-filled trail at this unique urban park.

There will be a 100 yard, 1/2 mile, and 5K races which are mapped by Malcolm Konik, an ultramarathoner. We will providing blood oranges, moon pies, and merriment for this event. There will be post-race restorative yoga led by Annabelle Yoo.
