Make sushi and take home your own sushi platter at the end of the class!
Join us for an immersive sushi-making experience led by one of Bon Appetit’s finest sushi chefs!
Participants will prepare three dishes: tuna sashimi/nigiri, a spicy tuna roll, and a California roll.
When it’s time for the taste test, participants will pick a unique sushi platter and mini soy sauce dish made by CC clay artists to plate up their masterpieces and later take home.
