The Independence Center invites the public to join us at our award-winning “Art of Accessibility” event during the Downtown Partnership’s First Friday Downtown in September.

Join The Independence Center for our award-winning "Art of Accessibility" event during the Downtown Partnership’s First Friday Downtown.

The event will showcase brand new exhibits of visual artistry created by people of all abilities, and will provide an Open Mic Night to celebrate the spoken word.

Participants can sign up at the event for a 3-minute slot to perform stand-up comedy, share a story, read/perform poetry, do karaoke, or song signing.
