The Art of Alcohol

1350 Distilling will host two local artists in our Private Room for March’s First Friday; one is a boozy painter who creates watercolor paintings using wine and whiskey, the other artist is a woodworker who creates local scenes using wood as his medium.

We will offer treat packages available for presale online for just $7, with confections from three local favorites including Snowberry Bakery and Happy Hour Donuts.

Our Artists for March:

“Q” grew up in Peru learning art from her family. As an adult she lived in Italy where she learned the “art of a good wine” but has always had a deep love of the mountains. Now, a resident of Colorado Springs, she combines her passions of art, wine and mountains using wine and whiskey to create beautiful watercolor paintings.

Robbie is a woodworker who is passionate about the outdoors and creating interesting things; he is known for creating beautiful outdoor scenes from wood, as well as interesting projects using whiskey barrels and other wooden mediums.
