In celebration of Arts Month 2022, expand your Culinary Arts skills with The Art of Kimchi Making!

Kimchi is the very traditional fermented cabbage side dish of Korean cuisine. Its unique flavor comes from chiles, garlic, ginger, and lots of red pepper that are mixed with cabbage and then undergo lactic acid fermentation where it sours and gets effervescent. In this class, Dave is going to teach you how to make authentic homemade kimchi. This is a free, online demonstration.
