'The Medal in America'

Admission to the museum is free from 4-7 p.m. Stop by the Money Museum to discover culture through numismatics. The museum features three main galleries, “The Medal in America,” “The Harry W. Bass, Jr. Gallery” and “The History of Money.” Visitors can find spectacular rarities and learn about the history of our nation and the world as seen through money.

The newest exhibit, “The Medal in America” just opened to the public in March and illustrates the history of the United States from colonial times to the present, starting with the invention of modern medals and how they are made.

Mini-Mint demonstrations will also be given.
