Don’t miss the Colorado Springs Virtual Theatre Showcase, featuring great local talent from Craft Production Resources, Dragon Theatre Productions, Fine Arts Center Theatre Company, the MAT, Springs Ensemble Theatre, Theatre ‘d Art, Theatreworks, and others!

In celebration of Arts Month 2020, the Colorado Springs theatre community has come together as the Theatrical Response Team to present a Virtual Theatre Showcase on Sunday, October 11 at 2 p.m. — streamed live on YouTube — to officially kick off Theater & Film Week! This free, community event will feature great local talent from:

  • Fine Arts Center Theatre Company
    • Performing a segment from the visual version of Expedition Log
      Episode 2 of Of Spacious Skies; by Jessica Kahkoska
  • Dragon Theatre Productions
    • Performing Wizard of Zoom by Angie Parr
  • Craft Production Resources
    • Performing Remembering Mary by Phil Ginsburg
  • Springs Ensemble Theatre
    • Performing a selection from White by James Ijames
  • Theatreworks
    • Performing House Arrest: A Search for Character In and Around the White House, Past and Present by Anna Deavere Smith
  • The Millibo Art Theatre
    • Performing Babette’s Kitchen with Mr. Guffaw with Birgitta De Pree and Jim Jackson, and The Girl Sprouts with Birgitta De Pree and Hannah Rockey
  • Theatre ‘d Art
    • Performing a piece from Ghost Stories of Old Manitou Walking Tours written by Jonathan Andujar, Laura Andujar, and Jenny Maloney
  • Theatre Across Borders
    • Performing a piece from Mary Grace written and directed by Barbara Summerville
