Film Screening: We Came for Coal

From the Mists of Time Document Productions: the story of coal mining camps in Southern Colorado told by people who lived it.

Colorado Springs story tellers, Dom Incitti and Ted Langowski, grew up in the Southern Colorado Coal camps. In We Came for Coal, they tell of their father’s guts and glory, traveling across the world to work in Colorado coal mines. The film crew followed Dom and Ted as they hit the back roads of Las Animas and Huerfano County hills, through the coal camps where they worked and lived, 70 years ago.
