Looking for a walking group in Colorado Springs? Or a self-guided hike with convenient pre-mapped 1-3 mile walking maps? Garden of the Gods has got you covered.

Arrive to the lower level of Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center Wednesdays at 9 a.m. Choose from a 1 - 3 mile self directed walking map, or join a walking group that will depart at 9:10 a.m. Wellness tips and mindfulness exercises to enhance your walk!

Dress for the weather, put on your walking shoes and be sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen! Bean Sprouts Café is open for your morning coffee or breakfast needs.
