What will happen in this Yin and Cacao Ceremony?

First you will be guided through a grounding meditation, followed by a heart opening Yin class. The Yin poses will support the effects of the ceremonial cacao. After the Yin session, ceremonial cacao will be served and you will learn about ceremonial cacao, the history and the nutritional benefits of pure cacao. You will have a chance to taste and enjoy the goodness of cacao. There will be a deeper guided meditation for self-love, time to journal and share your thoughts. The ceremony will also have crystal grids, angel cards and lots of loving energy
