Join us every Friday for a yoga class taught by Kara Stutzman. This class should be accessible to beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Kara creates a unique experience in yoga, breathwork, and life changing bodywork & reconnect you with your Self, God, Others, & Earth. All are welcome!

Please BYOM (Bring your own mat), we do have a limited number of mats to borrow. With the nicer summer weather, plan to meet at the Chuckwagon area right off of Parking Lot 2 in the Central Garden.
