Being a member of the big instrument allows us to know you and what you play.
When requested, the shop will keep on hand items that members regularly need for their particular performance. (Your strings, your reeds, your cords, etc.)

We keep outstanding records on any instrument that comes through our shop.
Our repairs and custom work are done with an unmatched care and consideration for the uniqueness and personal sentiment of each instrument & accessory.

Members are able to use t.b.i. instruments & gear on stage during all unbooked hours. That means your drummer and pianists don’t have to make do with lightweight electric substitutes.

Want to ensure some private practice time? As a member, you can to book the stage for rehearsals, private shows & ticketed events.

Meet other local musicians and collaborate, or perform by yourself. Members have standing invitation to all open mic/stage hours. Don’t limit yourself practicing in tinny sounding storage units – prepare properly for live shows with our support.”
