Celebrate the fresh flavors of spring with a culinary journey expertly created by PPCC’s Culinary Arts students. Four courses, each paired with wines uniquely suited for the dish, will create a memorable evening. This dinner honors Fran Folsom, a culinary legend in our community and proceeds fund scholarships for students in the PPCC Culinary Arts program. The event is underwritten by nosh, sponsored by Sovereignty Wines and Seattle Fish Co. and co-chaired by Kathy Loo and Jim Raughton. 5 p.m. Wine & hors d’oeuvres at the Gallery of Contemporary Art (GOCA), 6 p.m. dinner at nosh.
