Few Colorado residents know the influence of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) had on Denver in the 1920s. Ms. Shaun Boyd, History Colorado Curator of Archives will present on how the Klan pressured local governments, why it differed from the KKK of the South & why it grew to over 30,000 enrollees before dwindling & losing influence.
