Colorado College Choir Concert

The Colorado College Choir, under the direction of Deborah Jenkins Teske, presents its spring concert, featuring “The Sunrise Mass,” written in 2008 by Norwegian composer Ola Gjeilo. In this popular and deeply spiritual work, Gjeilo sets traditional texts of the Latin Mass in four movements entitled “The Spheres,” “Sunrise,” “The City,” and “Identity and The Ground.” The choir, accompanied by string orchestra and organ, will also perform two Psalm settings by Gustav Holst. The performance is free and open to the public.
