COS SausageFest

SausageFest 2022 is one of a kind in Colorado and being hosted by Colorado Springs’ largest veteran owned brewery, Red Leg Brewing Company! Accredited sausage companies from all over the state of Colorado have been invited to participate in a People’s Choice sausage competition and a family-friendly festival to celebrate the industry and age-old art, with the help of other exceptional local vendors and products!

The festival will offer live music, sausage samplings, locally brewed craft beer, food samples, face painting, vendor goods, and tons of fun family-friendly activities.

SausageFest is all about showcasing the splendor of agricultural industries in Colorado and sharing our community’s local businesses, stories and products with the large food conscious “foodie” community in Southern Colorado.

Join the fun for a People’s Choice Sausage Cook-Off where you choose the winner of the coveted “Best Sausage in Colorado” award, gourmet food samplings from a variety of exceptional CO food vendors and other fun fall activities.
