As part of the mindful business series at Meditation 719 we believe mindfulness can also be a part of the work day.

Often times what can lead to stress in our daily activity is feeling like we don't know something as well as we should. If Excel causes you stress or anxiety we can help. We will cover topics such as formatting spreadsheets, creating formulas, adjusting pages to print, and so much more. If this is your first time taking a class at Meditation 719, please check the website contact page for a map of the studio location. We are upstairs in the "Topaz Gallery" hallway.

Resources needed: Laptop, charger, and excel loaded and ready for use. Preferably versions 2016, 2019, or Microsoft 365 to get the most from class.

Not sure which version you have, here's an easy way to check:

Open an excel worksheet, if the header ribbon that runs along the top of the screen is green, you have a current version and are ready to go.

If you want to know specifically which version you have, go to "file", on the lower left side, bottom section select "account", and you will see product information to the right which will let you know which product you have installed. You've got this! See you in class.
