Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) Walk

A Mindful Monday Special Event: Step out of the noise and immerse in the joy and wonder of nature in this wellness practice gaining popularity worldwide.

Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon will guide us on a relaxing Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) walk with simple “invitations” for activities to quiet the mind, awaken the senses, and connect closely with yourself, others and nature.

We’ll close with a “no contact” tea ceremony using native plants. We will honor health protocols with social distancing & required mask-wearing — until we are safely spaced on the trail.

This event is for ages 14 and up.

Meet by the gazebo near Rock Ledge Ranch. Option to bring a sit pad or stool if you have one, water, a small backpack & dress for the weather.  Restrooms are available near the trailhead.
