Donna W. Guthrie is a writer, playwright, documentary filmmaker, and lecturer. She is the author of twenty-four books, sixty educational video podcasts for children, three animated films, and four award-winning documentaries. Donna holds a BA in Journalism from Rider University, Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and MFA in Children\’s and Young Adult Literature from Vermont College, Montpellier, Vermont. She co-founded the Rocky Mountain Women\’s Film Festival, the longest-running female film festival in North America. Donna is on a quest to visit the fourteen Presidential Libraries when she is not writing or attending film festivals!
