Sheffer Concert: Ivano Ascari, trumpet; Leonardo Carrieri, organ

The Sheffer Fund for Catholic Studies and Colorado College’s Department of Music presents this year’s Distinguished Organist Series featuring artists Ivano Ascari on trumpet and flugelhorn, and organist Leonardo Carrieri.

The program includes works by 20th Century composers with a special presentation of a piece by CC’s Professor of Composition, Ofer Ben-Amots.
