The Art of the Salad
Everyone Romaine Calm…
Think salad is simplistic? Think again! In this class Cortney with teach you all the tips and tricks to making a great salad. Learn how to remove the sting from onions by mellowing them, how to pre-season your greens, how to remove bitterness and more! We’ll also spend time focusing on textures and how to balance texture for a perfect salad.
This class is taught in our 2×4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!
