Manitou Springs Heritage Center
The Manitou Springs Heritage Center Opened on August 26, 2009 with a grand reception complete with a restored 1934 Manitou Springs Volunteer Fire Department fire truck and numerous displays depicting Manitou's history. The high school's Heritage Hall was a favorite with its original class pictures and school memorabilia. Those attending were fascinated by the photographs of early Manitou and its story which never ends....
