The first action we would take is to have a meeting to discuss the details of the event to ensure that everything is handled to your exact specifications. During that meeting, we would create a detailed outline, including the timeline for your event and provide a tour of the facility. Once the date, location in our facility and other details are finalized, we would begin to plan and reserve space for your organization’s event. We would update you on the progress, as well as to discuss any important matters.
One of the main services we provide is facilitating space and a business atmosphere for conducting professional or educational amenities. We have a newly renovated trainee check-in and waiting area.
We will provide a breakroom fully stocked with purchasable snacks for all attendees, and fresh coffee made daily if not throughout the day.
We will organize and manage all the details of the event, including any set up or clean up, providing one hour of technical support a day, handling the registration of your course and maintaining student attendance.
Technical services provided will consist of audio and visual equipment in the room of your choice. Television, projectors, conference phones, free high speed WIFI and whiteboards for use during the training event.
All rooms come complete with a customized setup based on your requirements for the event. We have four different rooms to choose from with a variety of table and chair capability. Theater style, classroom style, meeting space such as conference/board room setup style, U-shaped, open space and so many more variations.
**Note, these prices are subject to change depending on additional services needed and equipment utilized or any items not needed for your event and length of stay at our Center for Excellence facility.
**Note, all spaces are on a first-serve basis. Business hours are from the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
**Note, if a cancellation is necessary – please notify the Training Center Manager at least 24 hours before the proposed event.
